Costa Mesa Planning Commission is holding a study session to introduce the "Neighborhoods Where We All Belong" (NWWAB) zoning code amendments, citywide multi-family residential and mixed-use objective design standards, repeal of Urban Plans, and amendments to five General Plan elements (Circulation, Community Design, Land Use, Noise, and Open Space & Recreation).
