This plan amendment unlocks Mixed Use entitlement potential across 16 NCB parcels on a major arterial corridor, clearing the policy-level path for higher-density, mixed-use rezoning applications that would have previously conflicted with the underlying community plans.

San Antonio City Council is amending both the Greater Dellview Area Community Plan and the North Central Neighborhoods Community Plan to reclassify a multi-parcel corridor along Blanco Road (between Fresno Street and West Hildebrand Street) from a mix of Low Density Residential, Neighborhood Commercial, Community Commercial, Office, and Park/Open Space designations to a unified "Mixed Use" future land use classification.
